Ages 5-12
Children use gross and fine motor skills to learn everyday age-appropriate fitness techniques all while having fun. Children also learn the basics of how to train with others.
Crossfit Tweens
Ages 8-12
Children begin to learn and incorporate more complex movements typically seen in traditional Crossfit workouts. Children begin learning the basics and purposes of how to train.
