How Long Are Your Fitness Classes? Our fitness classes are 60 minutes long and include a warm-up, strength/skill portion, workout, and accessory work. If you are attending for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked-in to class and get a tour of the space. What time are your classes? We hold group classes Monday - Friday at 6:00am, 8:00am, 9:30am and 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Saturday's we have Community WOD's at 9:00am. I have certain physical limitations. Can I still take your fitness classes? Absolutely! Our athletes at Crossfit Intrinsic range from ages 13-81 years young. All of the movements in our classes are scalable and adaptable to every level. Our team of expert coaches will work with you to ensure a fun and safe experience. Are your workouts for me? Yes. Everyone can do our workouts regardless of age, injuries, and current fitness levels. Our coaches can modify the program for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Do I need to be in shape to start at your gym? No. Our program will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start at our gym. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals. Do you accept Active & Fit? Yes. What should I do if I want to try out a class?
