Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I want to try out a class? First, visit our home page and complete a digital waiver. Next, show up! Well take care of the rest. Check in with the coach of your class and let them know you are visiting for the first time and they will make sure you have everything you need. How Long Are Your Fitness Classes? Our fitness classes are 60 minutes long and include a warm-up, strength/skill portion, workout, and accessory work. If you are attending for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked-in to class and get a tour of the space. What time are your classes? We hold group classes Monday - Friday at 6:00am, 8:00am, 9:30am and 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Saturday's we have Community WOD's at 9:00am. Additionally, we offer childcare everyday at 9:30am and 4:30pm. I have certain physical limitations. Can I still take your fitness classes? Absolutely! Our athletes at Crossfit Intrinsic range from ages 13-81 years young. All of the movements in our classes are scalable and adaptable to every level. Our team of expert coaches will work with you to ensure a fun and safe experience. Are your workouts for me? Yes. We have always said the needs of an Olympic athlete and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. By that we mean CrossFit works for anyone, because the functional movements we train are essential to improving fitness and maintaining functional independence. For example, on a deadlift day, one athlete may move a barbell weighing 400 lb while the other moves a broomstick. With appropriate scaling, an athlete will make significant fitness gains by working at their relative level of physical and psychological tolerance. Do I need to be in shape to start at your gym? No. Our program will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start at our gym. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals. Do you accept Active & Fit? Yes. How do I cancel or put my membership on hold? Email crossfitintrinsic@gmail.com and let us know that you would like a membership hold or cancellation. Please allow 14 days for membership changes to take place.
