We are excited to offer a summer camp for our kids and teens. All camps are limited to 10 participants.

All-Sports & Strength Camp
July 6-10, 1pm-4pm
Our all sport and strength campers (3rd-8th graders) will learn fundamental skills from different sports, play some games all while having fun. Our kids will be coached by Briana Gratz our teens competition coach who is also an athletic trainer at Methodist University and Rebecca Sheinfield head lacrosse coach at Methodist University.
Adult Day Camps
We are excited to offer a day camp for Adults! All camps are limited to 15 participants and all workouts are outside and adhere to CDC guidelines.
All athletes must register ahead of time via Fitli or email email@example.com
Childcare is available for our regular childcare fee and is limited to 10 children. All childcare needs must be reserved ahead of time.
Crossfit Kids Camp
July 6-9, 9am-12pm
Our Crossfit Kids campers (ages 5-8) will focus on using gross and fine motor skills to learn everyday age-appropriate fitness techniques all while having fun! Our Crossfit Kids will be coached by Kelsey Rochester our kids coach who is also a physical therapist student at Methodist University.
